Architecture and Clean up Committee

Please see the following notes from the Architectural Committee:

1) One property cleanup has been settled out of court.

2) The board would like to say thank you for those who have cleaned up their properties and are working to maintain the neighborhood we all share.

The Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee are working hard to ensure that our subdivision properties are maintained according to the Deed Restrictions. At the August Executive Meeting the Board voted to have nine properties referred to our attorney for enforcement six of those properties have completed cleanup. All cars must be opreable and registered/.flatbed trailers or backs of pick up trucks cannot be used for storage .Open carports cannot have piles of debris

A "thank you" goes out to all of you that have recently cleaned up your properties.

Please check your properties for piles of debris and brush and clean up thank you Please Conserve water!! Try to reduce your usual water usage by 40%. Check for leaks and fix them. Shorter showers, turn water off while brushing teeth, make sure dishwasher is full, catch a/c water in buckets for trees and plants the amount you will get is amazing! Don't fill bathtubs full install water saving showerheads they are cheap and really help water pressure! Check your water bill each month for total gallons used and see how much just little things reduce your usage

NOTICE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED AT Parks or Pool

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH AND YOUR BELONGINGS WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE EVEN IF YOU ARE DONE WITH THEM OR THEY ARE BROKEN. THERE IS NOT A TRASH SERVICE TO PICK UP WE WANT TO KEEP PARKS OPEN AND SAFE AND CLEAN AND PRIVATE PLEASE HELP US DO SO. IT IS NOT SAFE TO LET YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN GO TO THE PARKS ALONE EITHER. THERE ARE NO LIFEGAURDS ON DUTY AT PARKS OR POOL. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING ANYONE UNDER 14 YRS OF AGE TO ANY OF THE SWIM AREAS WITHOUT SUPERVISION. IF YOU ARE FOUND NOT OBSERVING THE RULES OF THE PARKS AND POOL YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND CAN HAVE YOUR KEY REVOKED AND ASKED TO LEAVE. THANK YOU FOR ALL RESIDENTS THAT HAVE HELPED PICK UP TRASH AND CLOSE THE GATE AND OBSERVED THE RULES.

CLEAN UP. look around your property standing piles of debris or trash need to be disposed of. Building supplies leftovers, old bicycles, lawnmowers etc ... Cars that are not registered or not drivable need to be taken away. Keep our neighborhood beautiful! And please remember that Board positions are voluntary We do this on our own time to keep Neighborhood Beautiful If you see gate open at park or activity that is not allowed SAY SOMETHING be nice but, you are an owner and have the right to say something it is not just for board members to patrol parks. Thank You
