RIVER PARKS
Please leave gate locked. No glass and dogs on leash. No more that 10 guests per key holder. If you are having a get together please fill out park use form and turn in to board member with the deposut required. These are your parks also help keep them clean and let us know if gate or locks are broken. Parks are monitored with cameras. Have fun and enjoy . Everyone do their part to keep parks and pool clean and safe.
Add on or building and new move in
Make sure you contact the Board before you build,add on to existing home,build a fence, pour a slab,bring in a camper ,tiny home or storage shed etc. You must put a $500 deposit before any of these projects and fill out acc paperwork for board approval. You have 90 days which to underpin any home or rv. These are all in the restrictions. click on arc forms button for forms. No loud construction or landscaping to be started before 8 a.m.
